Eva and Jim are getting married next year and they really wanted to have their engagement session done at a location that is very special to them. For the past three years they have been renting a house in Vermont together, and Jim proposed up there as well, so what better of a place than Vermont? It was a freezing cold day, but at least the sun was shining and we had beautiful blue skies. Josh and I had a great time on our little tour of snowy Vermont, hopefully the next time we are there we can fit some snowboarding in! Enjoy the photos!
This past Saturday we had our second wedding of 2010, and it was fabulous! The bride got ready at The Inn at Middletown and the ceremony and reception were both at St. Clements Castle. Val McCormick was on hand to second shoot with me again, and the fabulous Larissa Lake did a fantastic job on Magda's makeup. Despite the freezing temperatures we were able to do some photos outside, and St. Clements Castle looked beautiful in the snow, only to be out shined by Magda herself :) I had such a nice time at this wedding, especially because I was surrounded by so many past and future clients of ours! The DJ was amazing: T&T DJ and Sound Co. We've worked with them in the past, and were so excited to see them again. Great job! Enjoy the photos!
Heather and Mike are getting married in October, and we are really looking forward to being their photographers! Here are the page designs from their guest book. Enjoy!
Jenn and Larry are getting married in June at Wadsworth Mansion in Middletown, and we are so excited for their wedding. Here is their guest book page designs from their engagement session in West Hartford center. Enjoy!
Now that we are in with is typically our slow season, it is time to concentrate hard on albums. (This year is a little busier than normal, not much of a slow season, we have two weddings this month alone! But we love it!) Here is Kristen and Mike's album, it is a 10"x10", 10 page/20 side Fine Art album enjoy:
Kristy and Matt are getting married in May 2010, and here is what their guest book looks like. Such a fun, beautiful thing to do with your engagement photos, and way more fun for your guests than a plain guest book.
You may remember Nicole and Brian from their engagement session last year, and this past weekend they were our first wedding of 2010! Despite the cold, we had an absolutely beautiful sunny day. Nicole and Brian's wedding was small and special, and full of details. With no bridal party, and a lot of time dedicated to photos before the ceremony, we had a blast shooting them at City Hall in Hartford. The ceremony and reception were both at Mill on the River. Many thanks to Val McCormick for being my second shooter for the first half of the day! (see some of her beautiful shots below) Have an amazing time in Mexico, and we can't wait to see you when you get home from your honeymoon!
We believe in love. Real, passionate love that lasts a lifetime. For the past 7 years we've been lucky enough to have the privilege of freezing special moments of love for many happy couples. Each couple has their own way of making their love wonderful and unique. It is extremely fulfilling to be able to photograph couples during this time. The love that we share as husband and wife for each other and our children inspires us to photograph other couples in love.
