My Juliet is growing up!

I know this is completely cliche to say, but it feels like just yesterday that I was coming home from the hospital with my perfect little girl in my arms. I can't believe that she is now 4 and a half years old. You won't believe what we did yesterday, I am still trying to accept it. We toured an Elementary School! She will be starting Kindergarten in the Fall, and we really want to get her into a local Magnet School. There are two around us, but there is one that I REALLY want her to get into. Their focus is Science, Technology, and Global Studies and they start teaching Japaneses in Kindergarten. The school is also 1 of only 25 in the nation to be selected as a NASA Explorer School. I know that Juliet will thrive in this school, and we really hope that she will be accepted. They accept students based on a lottery system, and we have a 1 in 4 chance of her being picked.

Our second anniversary!

Today is our second wedding anniversary! Yeah!!! I can't believe that time has flown bye so quickly, and yet it feels as if this wonderful life has been mine for so long, I couldn't imagine it any other way.
Josh: I love you so much. Thank you for being the most kind, supportive, loving, trusting husband I could ever ask for. You are the brightest light in my life, you bring me so much joy. I love the life that we have created for ourselves and our children, and I am so excited for what this new year will bring.
On Sunday we went to Gabrielle's in Centerbrook for dinner, and it was really great. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quite spot for a special dinner. We also exchanged some gifts, and I am so excited because Josh bought me, among other things, a second wedding ring, identical to my first one. I can wear it on the other side of my engagement ring, and it looks amazing! (I have been coveting it for a while now) Here are a few pics of the new ring:
