Latanya Farrell

A couple weeks back I had the glorious pleasure of photographing the gifted singer/songwriter Latanya Farrell. We first met a few years ago when I photographed her for her first CD "Feelin' Alright", released in 2008. Along with her band, The Bookman Styles Band, Latanya maintains a very busy schedule full of private and public performances. She has a voice that will blow you away, if you ever get the chance to attend one of their shows, don't miss it!

A Society Room of Hartford wedding - Tiffany and Matt.

We are so excited to start off 2011 with Tiffany and Matt's wedding at The Society Room of Hartford! Tiffany and I grew up together, and even though we lost touch for a few years, it was like we were childhood friends all over again! We had even dreamed of having a double wedding together, but I think that being able to photograph her wedding was even better :)
Tiffany hired Larissa Lake Makeup Artist to supply the hair and makeup talent, always a fabulous choice! The dark grey and ivory color scheme beautifully complimented the snowflake/crystal theme of the wedding. Tiffany and Matt had their First Look right outside the doors of The Society Room, on Pratt Street, and then we went over to one of our favorite photo locations, The Capitol Building in Hartford. Afterhours DJ kept the dance floor packed, and their photo booth was a great hit as well! Enjoy the photos!

A St. Clement's Castle wedding - Leslie and Matt!

Leslie and Matt came from California to get married at St. Clements Castle last weekend. Leslie had wished for snow, but unfortunately there was none. The wedding was a beautiful blending of two families, and we were honored to be a part of it. Their wedding was our final wedding for 2010, and what an amazing year it has been for Josh and I! We have had the pleasure of photographing 39 weddings this year, at some of CT's finest venues, working along with extremely talented professionals in the wedding industry. Looking forward to exciting times in 2011!
