My Juliet is growing up!

5.2005

I know this is completely cliche to say, but it feels like just yesterday that I was coming home from the hospital with my perfect little girl in my arms. I can't believe that she is now 4 and a half years old. You won't believe what we did yesterday, I am still trying to accept it. We toured an Elementary School! She will be starting Kindergarten in the Fall, and we really want to get her into a local Magnet School. There are two around us, but there is one that I REALLY want her to get into. Their focus is Science, Technology, and Global Studies and they start teaching Japaneses in Kindergarten. The school is also 1 of only 25 in the nation to be selected as a NASA Explorer School. I know that Juliet will thrive in this school, and we really hope that she will be accepted. They accept students based on a lottery system, and we have a 1 in 4 chance of her being picked.

She's beautiful!! Good luck with the lottery - it sounds like an amazing school! :)

I started crying looking at those pics. I can't believe I chose to move so far away. I hope you two will forgive me. I miss you so much. Let's do a web cam soon. I will try to come out for a visit soon. I love you and miss you. CMS

That whole growing up thing really freaks me out! I love when they are so young and impressionable. Mommy and Daddy are everything in their world. Then they grow up and want the keys to the car every night LOL!
